How is this different from a webinar?
In a webinar the audience watches. In a hybrid event it takes part: requesting the floor, voting on questions, sharing a quiz with the room.
Do we need a video production company?
It depends on the ambition. A simply filmed plenary can be handled in house; a TV studio needs production, which we can provide.
Do the recordings stay available?
Yes, for as long as the event stays open. Attendees come back to them, and those who missed a session catch up.
