The right meetings stop being a matter of luck
Exhibitor and visitor directory, matchmaking by shared interest, programme and notifications: your visitors leave with the contacts they came for.
Three problems specific to open events
And what WeChain puts in their place.
"Visitors walk past the right stands"
A paper floor plan does not say who does what, and a visitor in a hurry covers a third of the aisles.
With WeChain
The directory replaces the floor plan
Exhibitors and visitors are searchable by activity and by subject, from the phone, before they even arrive.
"We collect cards we never follow up"
Two days of trade show, a handful of business cards, and no context left a week later.
With WeChain
Contacts stay inside the event
Profiles, messages and exchanges remain available after the show, with the thread of the conversation intact.
"Exhibitors cannot tell what they got out of it"
With nothing measured, the review comes down to an impression, and renewing the stand is negotiated blind.
With WeChain
Each exhibitor gets their numbers
Profile views, introductions made, attendance at highlights: the data exports per exhibitor.

Warm follow-up
Each exhibitor finds their contacts and the context of every conversation.
"Nine months of digital engagement in a venue open to the general public, with one application and no dedicated technical team."

Do visitors have to create an account?
No. Access is through a link or QR code; a profile is only filled in if the visitor wants to appear in the directory.
Can exhibitors get different access?
Yes. Rights are set per category: an exhibitor does not see the same application as a visitor.
Does the app work without signal on the show floor?
It needs a connection. In poorly covered halls we prepare the setup with your network provider beforehand.
