What is an agenda app for a seminar?
It is your event's agenda, available on every attendee's phone. In WeChain the programme comes as a month, day or list view, and each person finds the times, the speakers and the rooms. It replaces the printed booklet, and it updates mid-event without a reprint.
How do you manage sessions with limited places?
Each session can carry a capacity. Attendees register from the app, see the remaining places in real time, and the session closes itself once full. You keep the list of registrations per workshop, which avoids half-empty rooms and oversubscribed ones.
Can attendees build their own agenda?
Yes. Each person selects the sessions that concern them and gets a personal agenda, separate from the general programme. That is what separates a seminar app from a PDF: two attendees at the same event do not see the same day, and each knows where to be.
What is the difference between a seminar app and full event software?
A seminar app covers the day itself: the programme, registrations, notifications. Full event software adds ticketing, invoicing and exhibitor management on top. WeChain works on the first of those — what attendees actually experience — and connects to your management tools rather than replacing them.
Does the programme update during the event?
Yes, and that is the main reason not to print it. You move a session from the dashboard: personal agendas realign immediately and a notification can follow. A printed booklet, by contrast, is wrong from the first speaker who runs late.
